Patient can not wait for 10 days to start his medicine, do you think there will be no progression of the sickness till your medicine arrive? He can die by the time your medicines reach him. There should be no delivery charges or may be reasonable. On medicine worth Rs. 200/- I was charged Rs. 75/- as delivery charges that is more than 37% of the cost of medicine.Thank you for your detailed feedback! We are working to start new warehouse in Mumbai that will reduce shipping cost and transit time as well.
